Not a nice place to live. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are spacious, which is why I chose it but it does not make up for the rest. There is little maintenance on the grounds, the dumpster is always overflowing, there are stray cats all over the place and the cockroaches are out of control. Biggest ones I've seen in Alabama. The fitness room is a disgusting mess and the leasing office is a joke. My apartment wasn't properly cleaned when I moved in and it was saturated by the smell of stale cigarette smoke which has never gone away. Take my advice...spend an extra $100 a month to live elsewhere.
