I moved here in September 2008 because of a transition with my job. Please believe just because it is located in Hoover does not mean this is a decent place to stay. The community was not that hot when I got here but over the past couple of months it has really gone down. I think they are starting to accept Section 8, Financial Aid, and SS as methods of payment for rent and it shows. I stay in a spacios 2 bedroom/1 bath but my A/C has broken down 5 times (3x after hours) when it was extremely cold in the Winter. The stairs look like they will literally come apart and buckle under you at any time so you could be killed. People and children are all out in the street well after 12 am and can keep you up. My lease is up in September and I am already locking a place in now to move so I can give my 2 month notice. Also management changes frequently so you never know who you may see when you come in for an issue.
