Good but some issues w/ pests in the winter From: parousia20 Date posted: 3/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Very nice amenities and customer service. Had pretty bad issues w/ ants during the winter months. Can't really blame the apartment complex, because they sent an exterminator at least 4 times. However, couldn't get rid of them until the weather moderated and they went back outside.
