Welcome to Latin America From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Enough said. It should be on Lorna Rd. Kids all over the place: in the roads, tearing up the tennis courts, and skateboarding in the hallways. I garauntee your vehicle will be vandalized in some way. Every since Steven Bell leasing company took over, management has been horrible. Ants & bugs everywhere. Huge speed bumps will tear up your vehicle. Lots of domestic problems with residents -- just ask managment why there are cops at the second buidling on the left 2 or 3 times a month!! The appliances and construction is very low quality. I would reccommend moving to The Grove - its much safer.
