I moved here from Waterford Landing next door and at first it was better. Then slowly it became just like the hell hole I used to live in next door. They told me first off that my rent was going to be X amount. Then when I moved in said it was $15 more. Ok, fine whatever. So recently I paid my rent on time as usual and on the 14th I noticed that the check hasn't been to the bank. I had more than enough money so I called the bank to see what the deal was. They said it has not even come through and they haven't seen it. On the 17th I get a notice saying my check bounced (which it did not, I called the bank to verify). The lease office wanted me to pay over $125 extra dollars on top of my rent. I had my bank fax them a letter saying the check never came through and the manager is fighting it. A**holes!!! The people above me have sex at like 3:00 a.m. and when I called the office to complain about it the next day they didn't care. Rent is WAY over priced for living in Little Mexico, kids vandalize cars and the garages. Forget living on the walk-in level because people will steal your patio furniture. I hate this place and I hate the management. Parking sucks a big fat one. The people that live next to me have 6 dogs and they are big. They ---- everywhere for people to step in.
