While I must say that under Caroline's management, the complex suffered greatly. I was happy when she was replaced! The new office manager stepped in and immediately things started happening. I was a victim of the recent fire and found the office staff to be very professional and supportive. I am happy to see the units finally being white-washed although Caroline told me over a year ago that it was forthcoming. Maintenance, although they have a huge job, are always prompt in their response; and if they can't get to you in a timely manner, they speak with you personally and let you know that they are working on it. Regina, the assistant manager, has always been courteous, helpful and professional in her dealings with me as well as with other tenants. I plan on living here until my daughter graduates from Hoover High in 2008 and I recommend it to everyone. Hats off to the new staff! I'm proud to be a tenant here!
