Barrington on the Green

It's ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Living here is ok, I guess. DON'T live by the tennis and basketball courts because there are lots of unsupervised kids on them all the time. There are a lot of families in this complex with kids who just run wild all of the time and it is quite annoying. The complex is huge and they only have 2 maintenance men so don't expect to get anything fixed on a timely manner. They require that you have the cable company media works which is HORRIBLE and doesn't even offer HDTV. The apartments are pretty nice and the office staff is great. It is also in a very good location in Hoover. I am in grad school and my husband is in law school and we are constantly studying and it is very loud around here. If you are just out of college or a young couple I would recommend looking elsewhere because it is more for families who can only afford a crappy apartment.
