I lived at Barrington for two years. My husband and I lived in a three bedroom/ two bath. We had plenty of storage and space. Maintenance we had no issues with. All of our requests were manged within forty-eight hours of the original request. The office is quite the contrary. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR BILLS/ YOUR DEPOSITS. The office has plenty of difficulty in doing so. We were asked to provide a pet deposit after we initially paid at move in. ($500 at move in for large dogs) We had to get a cleared copy of the original check to resolve the matter. Also, at move in I highly suggest you photograph the apartment and do a thorough walk through. This will be your only hope when they desire you to pay a couple hundred dollars at move out for damages. Your monthly rate will go up at every lease renewal by $60-$150 dollars. The pool, laundry room, and tennis court we used minimally. Pest control depends on your neighbors. If they leave a lot of trash outside, you will get cockroaches. We lived on the top floor and heard little from our neighbors. If you have a new car, get a garage. It will get dents if you park close to the breezeways. Motorcycles are known to be tossed over during the night. The office turns a blind eye to car damage. The second building on the left had a fire- The apartments on the left are re-built. The best apartments are on the golf course. You will enjoy the view. Convenience to Wal-Mart, Sams Club, the mall, post office etc. are under two miles. Hope this helps.
