WHEN YOU APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT, YOU'RE SHOWN A VERY NICE MODEL UNIT THAT ISN'T CLOSE TO WHAT YOU GET. Beautiful carpet, wall paper border, new appliances (w/microwave), 2 front wall closets (mirrored)with a wooden banister leading down to the sunken living. There's also a banister enclosing the dining room. Unfortunately you are not given the opportunately to see what your actual unit looks like until you have paid your money, unlock your unit to move in then you get the unpleasant surprise you are not in the Land of OZ. There are gaps between the floor boards, where fleas, ants, and roaches jump through biting you on a daily basis. You have to buy pest control bombs to try to pest control your own unit. This really doesn't help because they come marching from other units. You may have to fight your way into you home because there are raccoons, possums, and rats blocking your way, hissing at you. Next throw in a few cats and you have rabies stew. Children play in the streets and around other peoples' unit unsupervised causing property damage (vehicles & buildings). PARENTS SHOULD BE MADE TO SUPERVISE THEIR CHILDREN. TEENAGERS HAVE BEEN SEEN MAKING OUT AROUND THE BUILDINGS. PARENTS BEWARE. Garbage everywhere attracting varmints with diseases, no adequate walkways for some units. Water build-up after a rain. Your children or you step in POOP tracking it inside. Fiberglass tubs (yellow, brown or whatever - they never look clean)& old faucets looking like something from a roach motel. NO REGULAR FILTER CHANGES FOR AC/HEATING circulating dust, mole and germs. NO LAUNDRY, GYM, OR SWIMMING POOL, MOST OF ALL NO SECURITY AS ADVERTISED. There are child molesters residing in the community. If your called after hours to security for assistance you'd maybe be found dead a week or two later. Tenants are told they can not have flowers outside their doors or on their decks, yet it would be a welcome change. Tenants should be reward for their improvements to their units. THE OWNERS SHOULD NOT BE SLUM LORDS; MAKE BEACON VIEW A PLACE THEY'D LIVE-IN. Its like living in the slums of NYC here.

you forgot about the fact that there are raccoons in the attics and if you're on the 2nd or 1st floor you can hear them in the walls climbing up to the attic (at least thats what i was told when i requested to transfer out of my 3rd floor apartment when i was living there)
WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!
