beaconview do not have good mangers also they have a bad sewage problem the apartments smell bad in the washrooms and the masterbedrooms the remodel was a joke it was not a million dollar renovation there are to many problems and no one to address them something is in the walls and nothing is been done about it when you fill out work orders they go unnoticed the rental manger have a awful attitude at times as the manger of the apartments does also they never return phone calls it is a mess.

my friend must have rented an apartment in your building, she can't move in because the sewage smell is so bad
