I have been looking to rent an apartment at beaconview...the amount of space you get for the price is unbeatable, however, I question the professionalism of the management and maintenance. They do not seem efficient. Every time I call I never get an answer. I have asked some of the residents about apts and they say that they have no problems with maintenance or pest control. One girl found kittens in her apartment s walls and had to cut the wall to get the kittens out! Anybody else have any experiences''
