I agree with the previous comment that was posted nearly two years ago. The apt complex has great potential but the corporate office don't care whether you have any concerns or not. The only thing that they are after is getting the rent money every month. It takes maintenance months to get anything fixed, if they ever do it at all and because of the personal relationships with corporate and their maintenance guys they don't bother to reprimand them when it comes to complaints. We pay for the amenities of a pool and although there were several calls made to management and to corporate, the pool wasn't opened all summer. These are income restricted apartments and I think that's the major problem. I will be contacting the Director that is in charge of this program in the State of Alabama and let them know that tennants are being abused based on this program. The Manager is a very nice person but has no support. You can complain to management and it seems they have no control on what's going on; it's pretty much useless. It seems as though they put management there to collect rent and sent out notices.We need help in this apartment community and I will definitely get a petition with the other tennants and we will send this to the appropriate governing party of the State of Alabama. This is just ridiculous!!!

I currently live in the apartment complex with my mother. From her BR window, you can see the cesspool they call a pool. When this petition is started, please be sure to place them on all doors or to leave contact information about it. I'll be sure to sign it on hers and my grandfather's account. This place is dreadful.
