If you are looking to live somewhere that is comfortable and at a great price you are looking at the wrong apartments.
#1 They cost too much money for no amenities and being overrun by bugs.
#2 They are old and need a lot of work.
#3 There is no parking and you auto's paint job is usually sacraficed for your living space.
#4 You live too face-to-face to everyone. The neighbors are so nosey.
#5 The management doesn't take care of needs when asked to be met.
#6 Everything is very dirty. Nothing is kept clean.
#7 If you live on the bottom floor be prepare to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does.
