Excellent...totally worth the rent

My husband and I moved into a one bedroom at Branchwater in January 2000, and we couldn?t be happier with it. The apartment was so clean when we moved in...no hidden dirty spots! There is so much room and the kitchen is layed out so conveniently. The complex is clean and quiet. Very peaceful. The best part for me is the windows. There are so many! Our bedroom alone has three windows on one wall and I love all the sunlight. And when we look outside, out view is trees, not a noisy street. The staff is super nice and the maintenence is very responsive. We?ve only had a couple minor problems since we?ve moved in and the maintenence crew was so fast to fix them. The location is great too...you are just minutes from Highway 280 and I-459. It is very convenient. 280 has a lot of traffic during rush hour, but you can always take a shortcut home through the neighborhood across the street. There is a nice pool. The tennis court is a bit rundown, but still usable. I believe all apartments have washer dryer connections. We signed a thirteen month lease when we moved in, so we got $100 knocked off our rent. It is usually $740 for a one bedroom (water included) but we pay $640. The rent is high, but it?s not overpriced. You get what you pay for.
