This is a terrible place to live

I lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years. Nothing was ever taken care of the lied and said the carpet was new and it wasn't. We had it clean ourselves and the cleaning company told us that it was at least 4-5 years old. The mold was soooo bad that we stayed sick constantly the whole time we lived there to the point that my husband had to have cath antibiotics for 3 months due to infection from the mold. When I lived there several drug dealers were also living there. Christy would pretend like she was your friend to your face then you would find out later from other neighbors she was talking about you behind your back. This is no way to run an apartment community. When we moved out we paid someone to come in an clean the apartment and then we were billed and notified that the apartment was left dirty and that they wanted to charge us for the 4-5 year old carpets. I could go on and on but you get the picture. This was also the second round of management. Which was supposed to be better...quite honestly the first Christy that they let go did a better job. Anyway if you are think about renting here RUN as fast you can the other way or you will be sorry.

I am not usually this straight forward, but you are the NUT for staying there for 2 years. The typical lease is 1 year (maximum). Plus, why would you move in an apartment without expecting major things as the carpet or for mildew/mold. Why didn't you seek legal advice? Please tell me you are a high school student!
