Do not trust Rex Snyder, he is one of the managers working on the property. He is a sweet talker. He showed me an apartment and told me that we would work out the price. After doing the HARD credit history check, he said that it was perfect. But when I got back to him about the price he said that he cannot go down on price and told me a new rent rate which was 100$ more per month than what we've talked about. That is not the way to do business!!!

These people were offered a two day special at a discounted rate. They decided they could not move in until Sept. The special was good only for the weekend. They clearly could not afford to live at Branchwater and decided to slander the leasing consultant. Really unfair. Hint: Always read between the lines.

Ya, please read between the lines, these people are real cheats, this includes the leasing agent "Rex" as well as the property manager "Sherri"...we were never told it was a two day special, these people are cheats and about the part about not being able to afford the place, they ran my credit and they know what I make so please do not even go there!!!instead of paying at this old broke place go right down the street to places like Century River Glen, these apartments are new and lease for the same price, why go to an old place and pay the same price when you can get it new and the staff at Century Glen are not cheats like at Branch Water. Please do not stay at this place(Branchwater), this is an old place and the office staff are nothing less than crooks!!!
