These people are real cheats, this includes the leasing agent "Rex" as well as the property manager "Sherri"...we were offered a price by the leasing agent when we went to look at the place, so we ended up running our credits, my wife and I have excellent credits and didn't have an issue getting through the approval process and than the leasing agent changes the prices stating that the market is very busy right now so they have to go up on the price previously stated. The price stated before was no special offer but just the regular prices being offered by the apartment office but they ended up changing their story. These people are cheats, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, if you still want to pursue this place good luck. Instead of paying for this old broke place go right down the street to places like Century River Glen, these apartments are new and lease for the same price, why go to an old place and pay the same price when you can get it new and the staff at Century Glen are not cheats like at Branch Water. Please do not stay at this place(Branchwater), this is an old place and the office staff are nothing less than crooks!!!
