Staff here is ALWAYS available and helpful! You can tell they love their tennants. Lights at the Win Dixie stay on ALL NIGHT EVERTY NIGHT, but thick curtains have solved that problem easily enough. They've installed and updated appliances without our asking which is nice, and they are always timely in fixing what breaks which is not too often. Very quiet and safe neighborhood set back far enough to be hidden, but very convenient shopping VERY CLOSE BY. (Blockbuster, Publix, Win Dixie, Brunos, Post Office, Starbucks, and the Summit Outdoor Mall-All <5mins away)

Oh wow, at least you got them to do something about your appliances, they havent nor will they do jack for me, i even asked!!! Mine are 70s era.
