When Hunters Pointe changed names to Cahaba Lakes there was a big change in the kind of people that were allowed to move in to the community. As others have posted, some families are allowed to live in units with 6-8 people ... ADULTS. Everyone of these adults have their own cars leaving less room for those of us who occupy our unit alone.
Because Cahaba Lakes has allowed just anyone to move in, they find themself on the news getting bad publicity like this weekend. Now the new name just got a bad reputation just because they wanted to see more rent money - regardless of who it was coming from.
