Two Shooting Incidents in 2007 and 2008

Do not move into these apartments. They are unsafe! In 2007 a man was having an affair on his wife. The woman he was having an affair with came to their apartment and shot them both to death. Yesterday, August 20, 2008-Five people were shot to death. The door had been locked. (Check the newspaper, there was an article about it)
Also, Cahaba Lakes has been reported to the Better Business Bureau TWICE. The management is terrible, they will try to get even more money than your deposits out of you when you eventually move out (I had lived there for two years).
Correction-The five people weren't shot-their throats were cut. Which is still incredibly horrible.
