seriously look somewhere else to live. This place is horrible. I lived out my lease for the 13 months I signed and it was the worst place I ever lived. I have never seen a so many bugs in my life, not to mention the parking situation. I lived at the end of a cove and every morning I left for work I was blocked in. I called the office to see what they could do and they said nothing. Also I found when I moved out, the closet was filled with black mold, I always wondered why I felt sick all the time when I got home. Also, the neighborhood is not safe for normal people to live in. I was scared to buy anything fearing that it would be stolen as soon as I left my apartment. Along with the shootings this year and the car fires that followed, you should seriously consider another place to live. And also they were many late night visitors to the apartment next to us, large trafficing issues that were over looked, (possible drug trafficing) along with all the other problems we had there.

You really need to report that black mold to the Shelby County Health Dept. That is serious. Shelby Co will do something about it. I live in another complex and this jerk parked his bass boat, with water and weeds growing out of it, outside of my apartment, not his, and I called the Shelby Co Health Dept. They gave him time to clean out that health hazard, he didn't and they hauled it away.

I moved here and so far its not everything i had when i lived at Brook highland Place. I have a weak spot in the floor of my bathroom from the hole in my bathtub and I have told them many times that its gonna cause mold and that im gonna fall through the floor cause its rotting underneath with that water leaking below and they still havent fixed it so when i fall through the floor getting out of the shower one day, thats gonna be it, i will politely call my lawyer because this makes no sense, my apartment feels damp all the time and I have ants and bugs something awful in my apt, and dont let it rain, its like the ants are building a mound right in my living room floor.
