Satisfied for now...

When I first moved into Cahaba Lakes, there were a few small issues. I spoke with my leasing agent (Marina) and the issues were handled within a few days. I think you just need to contact the right person. I have spoken with some of the other agents in the office and gotten absolutely NO help. Even then manager has not returned my phone calls on several occassions. However, Marina, has always been extremely helpful and rectifies any problems within a very short period of time. She is always very cheerful and kind
Mgmt. does need to do a better job at monitoring the number of tenants in each apartment. Several apts. surrouding me look like a Julio Iglesias cult commune.
I do give Cahabe Lakes a big thumbs up for location. The complex is in the middle of 280 and anything you need is a very short drive.
