This place has made my life absolutely miserable. I moved in a few weeks ago after having a good tour and my apartment looked great for the price... raccoons live in the wall, my AC has been out 4 times since I moved in (24/7 maintenance wont fix it after dark so I slept in 100 (literal) degree heat), none of the repairs have been made I requested, my electric bill is running sky high, the manager is a liar, etc. I could go on and on. The group that runs this place are not human because no human could do this to any other person. The apartment is scum and littered all the time. Trashy people live there and my neighbor deals drugs out of his apartment. Please contact me at AUBCL@AOL.COM if you are interested in taking action or just looking for friends in the area. I am totally new to Birmingham and this is the worst possible thing that could happen to me at the time.

I wonder if you moved into my old apartment? You can email me at comet72781@aol.com. I had each and every one of the problems ( read my review ) that you list. I moved out two months ago and I swear it was one of the happoest days of my life! Even though I no longer live there, I would be more than happy to do anything I can to help the poor people that still do and to give the CROOKS that run that place what is coming to them!!!
