I dont even live here, but I did put a deposit down this past summer, but after calling the sheriff's dept and finding out how many calls they get out that way over a 4 month period. Even tenants tell you not to live on certain roads of the complex. Something majorly wrong here.

just checked with Shelby county and the rate of crime seemed low for 800 apartments but what streets I am not sure are not as good as the others
