We currently live here, and have always had problems.

Maintenance: It isn't even worth the trouble of calling in problems. We have had problems with our heater since we moved in. When the heat is on, it blows constantly, but it blows cool air. Each winter when it starts getting cold, we start calling and complaining. Every time it's a different reason that it is constantly blowing cool air. One time it was because the "computer chip" was "upside down." One time it was the thermostat. It still doesn't work properly. Our sinks have always leaked, yet they can't find anything wrong with them. There is horrible water damage around the windows and doors, and it keeps getting worse. They offered to come out and paint over it. They have had to replace the hot water heater, and in the process tore the carpet and scuffed the walls, and still haven't come back to fix it. It's sad, but it's easier to just ignore the problems than to try to get somebody to fix them.

The Office: The only time they call you back regarding anything is when they haven't recieved your rent check (even thought it was already cashed and cleared). The week prior to Christmas the office was closed early every day. The worst was when they had their work Christmas party, in the office and locked the doors but left the shades open so you could see that they were there. They also posted a note on the door saying that the office would reopen at 3:00. I went back at 2:45 and a girl was taking the note down and replacing it with one that said "Have a Merry Christmas. The office will reopen on Tuesday" I had been trying all week to get a package that had been delivered via UPS. I finally called the management company, in texas, and raised hell with them. They did fix the problem by contacting somebody at the office to let me get my package.

If you don't like to hear your neighbors, find somewhere else. Not only can we hear our neighbors, but we can hear the people next to them!!!

About 3 months ago we had an animal living between the floors above our bedroom and below our living room. It took over a month to get it removed, and the whole time we could hear it scurrying around all night, every night.

Over all, I wouldn't force my worst enemy to live here.

I pray for the day that the place burns down.
