I've lived at Cahaba Lakes for the past two years. I'm a single girl and feel great about my home and the positive changes made by the new management. The staff has gone out of their way to make this a community. They recently had an entire week devoted to the residents with gifts and prizes, the staff even delivered pizza one evening after work.

You can always tell the reviews made by the mngt when they don't like what the people who lived there have said.
