It has its downfalls, just like every other apartment complex, but overall you can't beat it.

1. The price is awesome, nowhere else on Hwy 280 will you have the option of so many sizes in apartments with so many options for price, and a one bedroom starts out very low.

2. There are washers and dryers in every apartment, it is a great amentiy that not many places provide.

3. The staff is friendly and very prompt to our needs. The comunity is very large and with all of the people they must deal with, they make you feel like you are


4. Maintenance is excellent! They are always on top of things.

5. There are two clubhouses, and lots of things to do here including a heated pool in the winter.

All these positive comments, and yet you marked "NO" for Recommended (???). You need to drive down Buck Horn Cove and try to park at night. The place is OK if you don't mind the overcrowded parking lot, the noise from adjacent apartments, the trash in the parking lot and around (but not inside) the dumpster, and the companionship of uninvited pests. Among all the Birmingham apartments on this website, this one has the largest number of total entries and the largest number of negative entries, many of which sound similar to my own experience here. This indicates recurring problems that aren't getting fixed, so management is largely to blame. I just wish I had found this website before signing a long lease. Live and learn, I guess.

It looks like "iluvithear" has simply "recycled" the opinion posted on 10/30/03 in an attempt to "pad" the score. How original! You could have at least added a few new comments to make the entry a little more "legitimate". Or perhaps you should mark the entry "I'm the manager."
