they look nice on the outside but you know the saying: "don't judge a book by its cover!" i have lived here for about a year and have had 2 floods! one of them about 80gals of water!! the people are nice but it takes them forever to fix things! appliances are very old- the garbage is a nighmare! people are very lazy so trash is out in the street 99% of the time- and your car will end up with scratches and dents b/c they have too many people living in the apts- and the parking SUCKS! look for somewhere else to move!

You hit the nail on the head!! We've had to show some of the maintenance folks how to perform some of the maintenance. (If I had the time to do it myself, I would; but it's not my job to fix construction defects in this building.)Yesterday afternoon, one of my visitng family members witnessed one of our neighbor's children urinating in the bushes right in front of our apartment because the kid's mom was too lazy go get out of her car and let the kid back into their apartment to urinate. How disgusting is that?! There's always trash in the parking lot because our nice neighbors think it's someone else's job to clean up after them. Today we also witnessed looting of household goods from an apartment that had apparently been served an eviction notice (all their stuff was piled outside near and on the parking lot). The gameroom was recently vandalized (pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table are now damaged or missing items). My best advice is for any prospective tenant to look elsewhere. I'm just sorry my lease is not a short one.
