I love the fact that they do not do maintenance, love the fact that the place is a pigsty, and love the fact that there is absolutely no pest control.
I also love the fact that they have dead animals in the walls, and when you call them on that fact, they deny it. It's great to see a trail of ants leading from the rafters as well.
But, the best part of living here is that you can visit your drug dealer, your crackhead friend, the molester next door, then the rapist - all in one fun-filled night.
Oh, I almost forgot...it's really cool when my neighbor urinates outside, after being up till 4:00 am partying.
