First of all, Buck Horn Cove is not bad. The 3000 street is pretty nice. Alot of the noise issues depend upon your neighboors and most around us work all the time or are single parents.. much better than having young students around. The main issues we have are inadequate and tiny parking spaces, incompetant maintenance staff, and lighting at night. What can I say... it's rental. They're not worried about pleasing the residents. They know they already have your money for a year.
