I've lived here since July 06 and have had few to no problems. I read all of the horrible reviews before moving here, but after meeting w/ the office and seeing the apartments, I decided to take a chance and sign a 10 mo. lease. It was the most conveiently located and was within my fresh out of college budget.

To speak on the racoons. I have yet to see what the fuss is about. I've been getting little notes from the Critter Control guy saying he's put traps down. I was confused at first, thinking he came to the wrong apartment. When I called him, he said it was just a preventative thing.

I think why there are mixed reviews about this place is b/c certain parts of the complex are bad, in my opinion. I can vow that the end of Hunt Cliff Rd. is very quiet and peaceful. There's the ocassional booming music, but that's very rare. The only problem I've encountered is parking. The spaces here seems to be painted very narrow. It only takes a little carelessness and you've moved over into another spot. Also, at the end of my road there's a space between the rows of parking that clearly says 'No Parking'. People have parked in this area my whole time here. It's fine if you're running in and back out, but people constantly parked here overnight and into the day. I was blocked in a few times. I managed to pull over the curb once and squeaked out after 10 minutes of manuvering another time. After that I called and complained to the office. Two days later, the office sent out flyers reminding residents of the parking regulations and there has not been a single problem since. I was very impressed with their quick response.

I've had maybe two maintenance issues. Both of which were tended to immediately.

The trash situation is usually bad on the weekends....my apartment is so far away from the dumpster I only see it when I'm coming into the complex, so it didn't bother me too much.

I'm actually renewing my lease next week to move into a 2 bedroom. I hope I don't have any crazy problems like all the posters have been mentioning....we'll see.. but so far, so good.

I just wouldn't let all the reviews scare you away. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

That is good its been ok so far but don't under estimate that place. I did!!!! Good luck!!! I really do mean it!!!!!!
