This is the worse apartment complex I have been in. The manager is not a people's person. She don't return phone calls (nor does the other staff). The entire complex has a problem with raccoons and mice. Raccoons will attack you!!! My children came in contact with one and that was the last straw, I had to get out of there. We reported to the office and nothing was done about it. I called back the second time and they said they never had a record that I called about it!!!!!! These apartment have water problems. Once you have a water problem they just want to come and paint over the water spots but not fix the problem. The townhomes are worst!!!!! But if you will like a $300.00 power bill a month (that is budget billing) this maybe the place for you. All I had was problems in these apartments. We stayed in one and moved into another on only to have more problems. SO to save yourself some money and time spent in the office when nothing is going to be done, don't move into these apartments. They will put off the problem until you decide to move then they will be happy not to deal with you anymore. They will only patch the problem and put someone else in it. Apartments have caved in on people while they were in the bed and they only but plastic up and lest it like that for days. Well, enough said. I can only tell you my story so I hope you will make a good choice. Thanks

I have enjoyed my stay here. I do see raccoons all of the time, but whereever there are lakes and heavily wooded places, you will see wild life. The deer are beautiful, if you drive to the end of Cahaba Beach Road late in the evening, you can see them walking around. IT IS AWESOME!! As for the office staff not returning calls, I have never had to call them before. Raccoons are very dangerous, and usually they run from people. However, if they are suffering from dis-timper (I think thats how you spell it.....LOL) they will allow humans to come close to them and they will also come out in the day time because the infection occurs in their brains and they become dis-oriented. So always ALWAYS keep a close eye on your children. Im in a 2x2 Townhome, and my bill is always right around $95.00 - $120.00 thats WITHOUT budget billing. (URGGGH Those power company people)

whoever left the response must work for the apartment complex. The person who left the review was right. They don't return phone call. When you have a question about a problem one person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you something different. You can never get in touch with the manager. You would think because it is on 280 that it would be nice, but trust me it is not. I think what fool people into moving over here is the nice swimming pool that is located in front of the office. But it is not worht living here. You have to put the a/c on 55 too 65 degrees for it to kick on. The water pressure is low. The parking spaces are real tight. It is just not worth living here.

I live in the 700sq ft 1bed 1 bath apartment, top level and my power bill has been around $230 the last 3 months, I called about how far in advance I needed to let the apartment know WHETHER OR NOT I would renew my lease, April said "30 days" with 59 days left until renew time I got a letter in my mail box saying 60 days notice needs to be given.I called and they said we don't have to send you the letter before 60 days. Bug problems too wasp came out of fireplace and stung my wife one day
