It only took me a couple of weeks to find out that moving into this apartment was a bad mistake. I cannot get any of the staff to cooperate with me and no one cares about me as a resident. I have had problems with the apartment - which have caused damage to my own personal, expensive items. These people are doing nothing to fix the problem or compensate me at all. I cannot wait to leave this place, I will gladly go elsewhere and pay twice as much if people are more considerate. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE - THAT'S THE PROBLEM, PEOPLE ARE STILL RENTING HERE. DON'T DO IT, IT IS NOT WORTH IT - THEY NEED TO GET A REALITY CHECK!!

I must be just lucky...I renewed for another year after residing one year to date. I have had numerous problems which were addressed promptly. I am not writing this for any other reason but that Cahaba seems to get so much bad stated about it and this is my residence so I feel it necessary to share my good experiences. I can understand if you are not being treating well how you want to share your thoughts. I am just sorry that you have had no luck and I do hope I do not in the future have problems such as you had encountered. Best of luck to you in finding a new home.Thanks for reading this response.
