Thank goodness I moved!! I do not recommend this apartment complex. It's worth paying a slightly higher rent if you can. Do not be fooled by the nice appearance of the customer service center or the model apartment. Ask to see an actual apartment in the complex or the one they are willing to rent to you.... you'll understand once you compare the two. We had issues getting maintenance to fix things, but that seems to be a pretty consistent trend with rental these days. My biggest complaint is security, lighting, and insanely small parking spaces that they seem to ignore even after voicing concerns. They also are not consistent with potential tenant background checks... or there wouldn't be so many illegals in that complex. It cost me $1,200 to get my car fixed after some crazy person keyed my new car.... Just move on to another complex. This is not the one for hard working professionals.
