1. 6 of my neighbors have been murdered in the past 12 months, causing most of the good neighbors to move out. Half the people in my building moved out and I got crackheads that moved in. Management does not do criminal background checks or citizen checks the way they should be. I know for a FACT that two of my neighbors are convicted felons, and that in two apartments on my block have illegals cramed into it like sardines. They don't call pest control because they don't want people in their apartments so they cause rats and roaches to swarm the place.
2. Drug dealers are all over this apartment complex, the sheriff's department is arresting people all the time, and people in the complex actually rob other apartments. 2 weeks ago the police arrested a 20-something male for breaking into apartments.
3. Apartments are getting robbed and cars are being vandalized.
4. Even with all this, there is no security at the complex. They tell you that there are courtesy police on the premises, but they don't patrol, park their cars on site, or walk around checking things out. These guys just live in the complex for the discounted rent.
5. Aside from one of the guys in the leasing office, the rest of them could care less about your complaints. If you have something broken in the building, tough luck. Had someone break into a window, they will come by and tape it up and will forget to come back to repair it.
6. The lakes are polluted with beer cans and nobody ever cleans it up.
7. There are thugs walking around in the middle of the night.
