The apartments could be wonderful. Big rooms, hardwood floors, beautiful trees ect. In the last 2 years they have raised the rent and lost many long term tenants. Nice neighborhood great elementary school. The have stopped doing a good job of screening tenants. The have started letting groups of construction workers live here. I moved to get away from this. Maintenance has come to a standstill even if you send letters and complain. It was not this way when I moved in. The complex used to have a strong family atmosphere. Now it is who ever can pay the rent.
