I have lived here for one year, and I am now moving out, probably to somewhere else because I don't think I can afford a one-bedroom here. It's a pretty nice place, which is why I had to have 2 roommates (in a 3-bedroom) in order to afford it right out of college.

Parking is good, and I've never had any trouble with the maintenance or the staff.

I would definitely recommend living here, if you can afford it. (Yes, if we renew our lease, our rent will go up. I don't understand that.) The apartment is basically roomy but it's a little cramped for 3 adults to share.
