Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have lived in these apartments for only 7 months and although the location is nice the management and staff are horrible!
We have to call 3 to 4 times to get things fixed. Then - when they do come out and fix it, it's usually because I ran into the maintenance person myself at another apartment and dragged him over to mine to fix things (only to be told there was never a service call on the apartment).
We have sinced moved out and since they lost our 60 day notice (which is ridiculous by the way) they are trying to bill us for an additional month of rent - to which I do not believe we owe them. The apartment will be vacant, we've fulfilled our lease - why should I pay them more''''
I could go on and on. Although the location is nice (traffic can be a nightmare on holidays and weekends) - I wouldn't recommend anyone rent here.
The facilities are not maintained in the way that they should be and the staff is not courteous. It is not worth the price...it just plain stinks!
