While living at Cameron at the Summit, the staff consistently proved their ineptness. They never could find packages delivered to the office that they signed for on their first look! It always required an extra trip to the office. To top it off, I had cable service through Mediaworks. At the termination of my service, I returned the modem to the office. They said they would accept the modem and have returned modems for their tenants before to Mediaworks. Well guess what. They lose the modem. Neither Cameron at the Summit nor Mediaworks is willing to take responsibility for the lost modem. Instead they do not return my $100 deposit. Instead of trying to be helpful, the same blasae attitude with rudeness shines through. Forget about talking to the manager, her "assistants" screen her calls and the first three times you call she is out of the office, the next two times she is on the phone and the sixth time they put you through but you're conveniently disconnected. The seventh call back she is still unavailable. Why can't we all have a job like that' You certainly never have to be available. In addition, the staff never responded to noise complaints even though in your lease you are promised a quiet environment. There is really nothing I can recommend about this place.
