I was so excited when I found this apartment. It was close to a nice shopping/entertainment comples, convenient to downtown, and it looked well maintained from the outside. Unfortunately, that's where it all ends. The apartments are old, rickety, with thin walls. The appliances are below average, the grounds are dog poop infested, the speed limit is not reinforced, there are pool "parties" every weekend which can be very noisy, the list could go on and on. But most of all the staff is made up of useless, moronic idiots who are inefficient and unhelpful. They are all well-dressed and look good but they really are the most untalented, sorry bunch I've encountered after living in different apartments thru the years. For God's sake, this is Birmingham, not the boondocks!
Will go out of my way NOT to recommend this place.
