I have lived here for two years. This is by far the most convienent and comfortable apartment complex I ahve stayed in during my 7 years in Birmingham. The summit is right across the street and has everything you would ever need. No maintanence problems and easy parking. I read the other reviews on this board and a lot of those individuals sound like they have an axe to grind due to some personal disagreement with management (kept deposit or whatever). This is a fine place to live. I have never heard of a break-in here. Just be aware of 2 month notice that you will not renew, that is a bit longer than some places.
