I have lived in these apartments for over a year and although the location is nice the management and staff are horrible. We have to call 3 to 4 times to get things fixed. Also they will not take care of typical maintenance issues...like air conditioner vents that leak when it rains, cleaning the carpet, or fixing the dishwasher etc. etc. I could go on and on. They also go up in rent every time you renew your lease even if you have been there for years. The facilities are not maintained in the way that they should be and the staff is not courteous. Trust me if I could break my lease I would. It is not worth the price...it just plain sucks!
