Office Staff A Definite Downfall

I have lived at Cameron for 7 months now. By far, the biggest disappointment is in the management and office staff. On the outside, it looks like a wonderful place to live, but internally, there is a complete lack of respect and disregard for those who pay a lot of money to live here. Isn't it their job to assist tenants' For example, after a month of unreturned phone calls to the manager and several visits to the office in regards to a lease logistics, the staff refused to acknowledge they had made a mistake--several, in fact--and handled the situation in an unprofessional, downright rude manner. The manager all but called me liar. Your 2B/2BA shouldn't come complete with extra hassles and headaches. Expect a sizable rent increase with every lease renewal and don??t ever expect to be acknowledged and greeted when you walk through the door. The upside: good maintenance team (Jim and his guys are absolutely awesome). The downside: rude, incompetent office staff and manager
