I lived at the Summit for 2 years and generally enjoyed myself. However, every time I had to deal with the leasing staff or the manager it was a nightmare. They never remembered prior conversations, they would tell me contradictory things depending on who I was speaking with, the claimed that I had never turned in a deposit - I had to show proof to prove otherwise, they held us an extra month in our lease when we were originally told we could leave the month prior. The list goes on.
