Pros:
*Close to summit shopping, this can be a con @ Thanksgiving-Christmas

* Quiet (im on 3rd floor so don't know about having someone above)


*valet trash!!!

*so far no problems with our apartment (1.5 years)

CONS:
* lots of break ins 3 in my building (2 cars & 1 apartment)(office did send a warning letter after this happened though!)

*pretty high rent for area and the apartment you get.

* office staf is pretty bad...it just depends on who you talk to. you may or may not get a response!

*we've had our water turned off twice...because someone in another apartment didn't pay their bill and our line was mislabled. we requested it be fixed...but never has been to our knowledge. they just turn the water back on and apologize!

*office closes early...alot

*do not enforce leash law!!!

It's because they did not pay there water bill. They should have calles the water company to get it fixed. That is not the offices job. They can't fix the meters!!!! What an idiot.
