The Summit is an excellent area to live. It is lively and pleasing to the eye. Cameron at the Summit is decent. The apartments are overpriced and not that nice. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Parking is adequate but dangerous. My car was broken into and mgmt doesn't care. Management is a group of unknowledgeable and snobby girls; don't count on them being helpful. They have recently initiated a set of ridiculous pool rules that make residents feel as if they are back in elementary school. I lived here for two years and would rate my experience as very average overall.

Hey, my car was broken in to and the ----- in the office said "oh no, that's three just last night". Why night invest some of the high rent into security, hello.

when you sign a lease it states that mgt is not responsible for any resident property loss, maybe listening to what the mgt goes over with you in the beginning will save you trouble and take the advice to get RENTER'S INS. and not be so quick to judge someone for things they have no control over and can do nothing about!yeah your car getting broken into sucks, but if you were parked at a resturaunt and your car was broken into would you call there mgt team and demand they do something about your car..?? no, of course not!
