Pros & Cons:
I have been living at Cameron for about 2 years now, and to be honest, this is really a great place to live. I am a female in mid-20's, and I was searching for an apartment that was safe for me to live and a quiet place for me as well (since I am a student, I appreciate my quiet time). The residents are very friendly and I have never had any problems with anyone. Noise levels have never been a problem and parking is never an issue. Sometimes I come in very late, and I feel safe walking into my apartment since the parking lot is very well-lit. I read some reviews about the management staff, and I was kind of skeptical about them. I have never had a problem with any staff members, however I do have complaints. The management staff is run by women and a lot of them see their job as a dating service. Some of my friends (who happen to be guys) live at Cameron as well (it's a pretty big place), and management supposidly knocked off $$ from their monthly rent because they flirt & party with few of the staff members. Supposidly, one of the same woman (whose name i will not mention, for privacy purposes) enjoys spending quite some time with some of the male residents, and in return, they get $ knocked off rent. They choose what they want their residents to pay. Otherwise, if you're female or if you're a male and not willing to flirt with staff, be prepared to pay full-priced rent. Everytime you re-sign your lease, they up the rent $, which is why I am leaving Cameron. I am a college student and simply cannot afford spending almost $800/month on a 1-Bedroom. Overall, my experience has been a pleasure. They have always, always been quick to fix any problems I have in my apartment- which are usually minor anyways. I never have had a problem with bugs or anything of that nature. The only real concern I had in the past 2 years was when I, along with every single resident, received a notice on my door about break-ins in certain buildings. They listed the apartment buildings that had been broken into so all residents could be on an extra-close look-out. I never had a problem with that though. Also, although this is a great place to live, the Summit can be a real pain during the holidays with traffic..But the location is amazing, and it's close to practically everything. I really wish I could stay here, but I simply cannot afford to live here anymore, the way they keep increasing rent. I am really going to miss this place!

If you are going to make a comment like that, you should have enough balls to put your name and not just anonymous.
