It looks nice, feels good, but just live at the Cameron and you will realise how terrible it is. Bad customer relations with office staff. they dont care about people, all they want is your money. If you move to the Cameron you will regret it.

Yeah. This person probably owed for damages. Of course they will not tell you this. To me, the office staff is great. Never had a problem. It is always the ones that think that everyone owes them something that get pissed off.
