The grounds at the Cameron are very lovely - if you don't look too closely and notice the dog waste absolutely everywhere. The apartments themselves are very poorly made, and it would appear absolutely no insulation was used in the walls. It is as though we are living below a heard of raging elephants, as everytime the people walk across the floor upstairs it sounds like the roof is coming down on us. All finishing materials are of very poor quality - flooring, counters, taps, vanities, etc. Poor quality appliances. We kill cochroaches on a weekly basis. We wake every morning at 6am when the people above us shower (if the stomping hasn't woken us first) as it sounds like a waterfall (think Niagra falls) coming down from above us. We also don't bother going to bed until the people above us do, at about 11pm. We'd be kept awake until they stop stampeding around.
Parking is plentiful, and we've had no problems. We've also had no problems with office staff whatsoever. Maintenance is reasonably prompt, but very ineffective. We've given up calling them, as a matter of fact.
The pools are beautiful and well maintained.
Living so close to the shopping and restaurants at the Summit is really the only redeeming factor.
