I've been here for a while now, so I feel as though I should be recognized and treated like a long-term patron should be. I'm being forced to move to a smaller apartment because the rent is too high without a roommate. Of course, I was treated as though they had never seen me before in the office and had to pay all of these outrageous fees - including re-pay fees I have already paid before. Yes, that is normal for moving apartments in the same complex - but literally moving across the hall and they are pretending like I'm inconveniencing them when I'm the one being forced to move because of pinching pennies.

It also takes forever to have the maintenance crew fix anything. I pulled out a drawer one time and the face of the drawer broke off and landed on my foot. Luckily I wasn't wearing a shoe, so my foot broke the fall. A few stitches and a day later, I called for them to come fix it. A week later, nothing. Two weeks later, I call again. THREE MONTHS LATER, I have to threaten to not pay my rent for them to come fix it. A little overboard for a drawer, I admit. But that's how you have to handle these people.

All they care about here is the money, not about who people are. For example, my friends used to live here and their apartment caught on fire because of someone else's actions. The Cameron gave them COUPONS for the loss of all of their new furniture and property. Unless you're handing me a Traveler's Check after my place burns down, you'd better not worry about anything.

This place is terrible and I will never recommend it to anyone.
